it is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment above the heater box on the firewall. it has 3 studs/nuts mounting it and a plastic 3 wire connector running into the bottom of it, plus the boost sensor hose
The engine has to be removed.

A 2000 Dodge Ram diesel does not have an oxygen sensor.
According to the 2000 Ford F-550 , 7.3 liter diesel supplement : With engine oil filter change : ( 14.2 liters / 15.0 U.S. quarts )
on the drivers side by the injector pump
"Peak Torque" is RPM of engine that produces the most torque. For example the 'peak torque' on a Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel is 570 ft-lbs@ 2000 rpm. In an engine, especially a diesel, higher rpm does not necessarily mean more torque. Fact is, it drops at a higher rpm than 2000.
The 2002 should be the same engine as my 2000. Pull off the plastic cover over the top of the engine. There will be a canister with a black plastic lid sitting in the center of the engine towards the back. Make sure that you put the o-ring in the right direction or you will have diesel all over the place when you start it.
It has 235 hp and 500lbs of torque, which is what really matters.
It is below the injection pump on the back side of the front cover.
The throttle position sensor on a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel is located on the right hand side of the carburetor. This location is on the driver's side of the motor.
It's probably the same as a 2001. I assume you are talking about the crankshaft position sensor. It is locate on the driver side of the engine block down low at the rear of the block. The starter has to be removed to remove and replace it.
Do NOT use Diesel fuel in a Ford Focus. The engine will stop running and you will have to drain the gas tank to rid the car of the diesel fuel. Gasoline engines are not designed to run on diesel. They do not have enough compression to cause the diesel fuel to combust The only engine used in a 2000 Ford Focus was the 2.0 which is NOT a diesel engine.
