GMC vehicles do not have an inertia/reset switch.
The brake switch is located on the brake master cylinder!
It will either be a mechanical switch located on the brake pedal lever under the dash, or a pressure switch located on or near the master cylinder.
Flow is changed from the control switch located on the dashboard. Vacuum is fed to the switch and then diverted to the corresponding ducts based upon which setting the switch is put on.

If it has a mechanical brake light switch it is located somewhere on the brake pedal. Normally around the area where the pedal connects under the dash. If it has a pressure switch, it will be located somewhere on brake lines near the master cylinder.

If you're looking for the master window switch. It's located on the drivers side door pull or arm rest.
The switch is located down by the foot petal, near the brake booster shaft that pushes the master cylinder. Its not fixable, if it is inoperable, you replace it.
Should be located on the brake pedal arm near the point at which the arm connects to the dash. If it has a pressure switch, it will be located near the Master Cylinder.
