I recently encountered the same problem and the answer is...It doens't have one! It has an older style circuit breaker located just in front of that row of 15 amp fuses located to the left of the battery. It's a 30 amp circuit breaker. If you figured out how to get your bike fixed even after fixing that, let me know, because I just replaced mine and STILL nothing. I've used my voltimeter on every inch of the bike and all cables as well as battery read good.
