I don't get why you think its OK to ask that!!! And labels are wrong. There is no place that has the most "emo people"
Not all emo girls are shy but most are shy because of what people think of emos. Most people think ALL emo people are freaks, so most emo girls are shy because they dont want even more people messin' with them.

Emo is Emotional Hardcore or just Emotional. Most of us are original. If you aren't original you'll be called a poser for being a follower. Not all of us cut. Most emos do ,but you can be happy. it is alright to be emo but most people think emo means "people who cut their arms" not all emos cut and thoes are posers!!!! emo is someones self-expression that is similar to other peoples and is thus classified into that group.
It is said than most if not all heavy metal music (avenged sevenfold, evanescence, slipknot) is emo, especially screamo. But please check the definition of emo people!!!!
there is no reason for becoming emo. some people just like the music or like to dress that way. most of them dont like to call them self emo.
