first you have to remove the center console by taking the two screws out under the change bar in the armrest, and pulling gently up, twist the led out of the gear shift slide area, disconnect the cigarette lighter plug, then if you look at the left side of the base of your shifter box there is a wide flat plug, that is your neutral start/backup light switch.
P.S. to remove the console you also hafta remove the shifter knob, for the manual I believe its an Allen key, I have an auto so it has the C-clip in the front you just pry out with a screwdriver... manual is prolly easier.
