92 to 95 itegra are obd1. tThe easy way to tell is obd0 dist.has a round white/clear plug obd1 dist.has a square grey plug.
yes it is. OBDII starts in 1996. Mine is a 95.5 and it's a OBD1 still. You can tell by the plug under the hood that says "Diagnistics". OBD2 will have a square plug under dash
