Under the dash on the driver side. It is a six wire probably blue connector.
The 1995 Dodge Intrepid does not have and ODB2 port, the Intrepids didn't introduce ODB2 until 1996.

OBD1
The AC low pressure port on a 2000 Dodge Intrepid is located on the side of the AC accumulator. It is positioned in the left, rear area of the engine compartment.
No, different communication protocol.
There should be an " EEC TEST " connection in your engine compartment , near the battery / power distribution box
It would be helpful to tell us what kind of Jeep you have. But I believe 1995 Jeeps had OBD1. Anything older than 1996 is OBD1. the port on the jeep is located under the dash at the column it should be a little black box thing the about size of a match box that you can take the cover off of to locate the port.
Probably by the passenger firewall near the drier--follow larger line from compressor
On my brother's 1995 Jeep Cherokee, as well as my 1992 Jeep Cherokee (Both with the 4.0L engine) the OBD1 connector is located in the engine compartment on the left side, between the air cleaner and the computer module. It's a funny looking plug, not the standard OBD connector.
The 95 Conti has no OBD1 plug. The vehicle is equipped with the OBD2 system with the port under the steering wheel.
obd not available until 1996
