No OBD II only reads 96 models to current
There is no OBD II connection on a 1994. It's only on 1996 vehcles and up. 1994 would be OBD I.
There is no OBD II port on your '93 Villager. 1995 and earlier model were equipped with the EEC or OBD I. All other models starting 1996 had OBD II. Sorry !! Now, you can access the codes on the OBD I system but, you will need to have a repair manual for detailed instructions. Get one at your local parts store.

The OBD connector is located under the center console on the passenger side. It is OBD-II although not fully compliant.
Not sure if a '95 will be OBD I or OBD II, if OBD I it will be a black plastic plug emerging from the wiring harness on the firewall about six inches to the passenger side of the ignition coil, OBD II will be similar but probably a different color. It is OBD I, connector is under the hood on the pass side firewall.
OBD II is located under drivers side of dash.
I don't think so, because a 93 is an OBD I computer, the 98 is an OBD II
No , OBD II came out in 1996 There should be an EEC TEST connection in your engine compartment , near the battery for your OBD I / EEC IV system
No, it will not.
