The oil plug on a 2010 Silverado is located on the passenger side of the oil pan, near the center of the truck, just behind the front axle, in front of the transmission. Use a 15mm wrench to remove/reinstall the oil drain plug. Look for the oil filter, which is somewhat recessed in the oil pan. Kinda hard to get the oil filter off. I suggest using a 3/8" drive oil filter wrench/socket.
The original engine oil drain plug wrench size should be 15mm.

The oil pan is mounted on the bottom of the engine block. It is the pan with the drain plug. The drain plug you remove to drain the engine oil. Crawl under the truck and look around.
