It is located on the underside of the lawnmower, it is made of plastic and has a square hole that accepts a 3/8" drive. The blade may block your access, so make sure you take safety precautions (i.e. disabling the ignition system by grounding the spark plug lead) before turning the blade by hand to gain access to the plug.
