On the oil pan. Crawl under the car and look for it. If you can't find it then you are not qualified to change your own oil.
There isn't one, you have to take off the lower radiator hose.

The radiator drain plug on a 2004 Chevy Venture is located at the bottom, left side of the radiator. It allows for the coolant to be quickly drained during maintenance.
