The Fiesta has undergone many design changes in its many years of production and it has been fitted with a variety of different petrol and diesel engines. All have different oil filters. One petrol variant is reputed to have its oil filter located behind the engine where not even the Ford mechanic can get at it - but that may be an Urban Myth. You need to identify which engine you've got fitted.

Most fords use 5w30 semi synthetic or better still fully synthetic. Check the oil complies with the appropriate ford spec, use a ford genuine oil filter and replace both filter and oil every year/12.5k miles as a minimum.
