The oil filter is located right underneath the intake manifold. The access to it is really hard but not impossible.You will need to take the wheel off, get underneath the car, remove all the undercar plastic, and you will see it right there. You need a wrench or something to remove the oil filter as it's very hard to get your hand in there. I would recommend getting the K&N oil filter that has a bolt on top of it, so next time you won't need to struggle that much. I . Check www.lexusownersclub.co.uk for answers.
