On a 1994 Chevy Beretta, the oil filter is located on the engine block, near the oil pan. It can be accessed from underneath the vehicle or from the top, depending on the engine configuration. Make sure to use caution when working underneath the car and have a container ready to catch any oil that may spill during removal.

A 96 Chevy Beretta Z26 has a 3100 V6 engine. The oil drain is located on the bottom of the oil pan, on a slight angle pointing down and towards the rear.

The oil Sender is located on the rear of the block near the distribitor
I would imagine it is in the oil pan
oil is thinner when its hot, that's why.
It is inside of the engine oil pan. You will have to remove the oil pan to get to it.
