A 96 Chevy Beretta Z26 has a 3100 V6 engine. The oil drain is located on the bottom of the oil pan, on a slight angle pointing down and towards the rear.
It comes out the top.
Underneath the engine block.
On the front left of the engine.

I have a 92 beretta with a 3.1 litre engine. Just changed crank sensor. Didn't know there were two of them. As far as I know there is only one. It's located on the rear of the engine. Bout a inch above the oil pan. Extremely hard to see.

The drain plug is located on the bottom of your engine on the oil pan. That should be about in the middle of the engine on the very bottom
Naming the 3.8 engine and giving year of 'beretta' would certainly help.
It is located at the bottom of the engine. It's the hose coming off of the bottom of the radiator. The thermostat is located at the other end of that hose, next to the engine on the thermostat housing.
