On most cars and on my 1991 Cavalier the fuel filter was located just under the car on the drivers side. It's an aluminum cylinder about 4 inches long.
You don't. A 1991 Cavalier did not come with airbags.
On a 4cyl. Cavalier the fuel filter will be located towards the back of the car next to the rear tire on the passanger side of the car. Simply unscrew both sides of the fuel line and pop out the filter from the brace holding it. I use a pair of pressure pliers and an adjustable wrench.
The map sensor on a 1991 cavalier is on the passenger side firewall towards the top.

usually located up by the steering column. It should be a round tin/aluminim fuse. Just pull it out and replace.
