It is on the back of the engine, next to the distributor.
On my 1995 Ford Explorer, with the 4.0 L OHV engine, the sending unit for the oil pressure guage is located just below the power steering pump.
if it is an 350 eng it is located at the rear of the intake manifold,on the top of the block, next to the dist.
The oil sending unit on a 2001 Chevy Blazer is just above the oil filter. It is actually located on the diagonal to the oil filter to the upper left.

There are two next to the thermostat housing. The one wire sensor is for the gauge. The two wire sensor is for the computer.

I'm not a mechanic / technician but I believe the oil pressure sending unit on the Ford 4.0 liter SOHC , V6 engine is on the front of the engine . ( in the area where the lower radiator hose connects to the water pump )
It is just to the passenger side of the distributor on the rear of the engine.
I`m not sure but my grandson has removed the sending unit on a 1992 Nesson hard boady XE 4X4 pick-up. He lifted the bed and it is right there on the fuel tank. Only proplem he needs a new sending unit (that holds the fuel pump) Can`t find one every body keeps saying they don`t make them anymore.
COuld be a number of things. check out the temp sending unit , check for a faulty thermostat, could be a broken or loose wire from the sending unit. these are the things I would check first. oldtom
The fuel pump with integrated filter and sending unit is located inside the fuel tank. (not one of Dodge's more intelligent designs) To replace that module, you must first either remove the fuel tank or the truck box.
It will fit but the manifolds will need changed to match.
The sending unit on one of the front wheels may be loos or not working properly. Make sure that the connectors to the abs sending units are properly seated.

the fuel pump is in the tank on the sending unit you may need to drop the tank to access it
