the orifice is located in the bottom a/c line tube of the condenser (in front of the radiator).
-you will need to pull the grill off to get to the orifice.
-remove the bottom a/c line from the condenser and look inside the tube; you will see an "x". grab a hold of the "x" with some needle nose pliars and gently pull it out.
-TIP: if there is ANY kind of metal debris in there (you will see it for sure!) you need to replace your a/c pump, flush the system, add new oil assemble and recharge.
