Where is the other Statue of Liberty besides New York?

One can be found in Paris on a platform near the Seine river. (You can see it in the second National Treasure movie) There is also a replica of the Statue of Liberty on a small pedestal in Agana Guam, a US island territory in the south west Pacific Ocean. And you can see one in Las Vegas on the main strip when passing the New York stylized hotel. But the two real ones are the big one in New York and the little one in Paris.
