GM Part #10248414 - Outside Air Temperature Sensor - located passenger side directly between radiator and grille; mounted to radiator frame left side.
The outside temperature sensor is located on the front left side of the vehicle in the lower bumper area. There is a small hole in the bumper where the sensor simply sticks thru the hole and is held in place by a small, raised rubber ring around the end of the sensor. Should the sensor fall out of it's normal place, the temperature will not be correct as it is affected by engine heat.

Directly in front of the radiator. You can't miss it; it's mounted on the metal bracket that holds down the latch for the hood.
it is above the rear view mirror. it is a inch long by inch wide and is glued to the windshield. has wiring to it. hope this helps.
Hi, The temperature sensor should be mounted just in front of the condenser/radiator, usually on the passenger side of the frame. I have include a link that shows an actual picture of where the sensor is located on a 2001 model, and I'm pretty sure the model years 2000-2004 are the same.
