Actually, there are two, one in the exhaust upstream of the catalytic converter and one after the catalytic converter.
This is true of any vehicle which is OBDII, pretty much anything made after 1996.
V-6's and 8's will haveat least 3, one for each bank plus one after the converter and as many as 4, if it has dual exhaust and dual cat's
