it is located on the exhaust manifold looking @ the front of your car there is a round pipe going down wich if you look behind your car and follow the round tube to the front from underneath you will see a wire off the exhaust manifold unplug that and use a 7/8 or so wrench and unscrew the oxgen sensor and buy your replacement that should only take you about 20min or so
