Oxygen sensors are in the exhaust manifold, right before the crossover or headpipe, depending on which you have. If it says "bank 1" on the code reader, just replace them both. Since oxygen sensors fail after they've served for a while, if one has gone bad the other will be there soon.

get a O2 sensor socket and do it just like a spark plug. Make sure the engine is at normal operating temperature though, if not you might damage the manifold. Sadly, its not too easy. With my 97 SS, i have dual cats so i have 4 O2's total. Im not sure about your 95, but when you get to it, be sure to have a LOT of extensions (access is really tight) and have a few breaker bars/pipes to turn the rachet.
