It is underneath the drivers side cup holder in the rear of the truck pull straight out on the cup holder the whole thing will pop right out of the side panel its a black box around 7x4x2 with a white delphi sticker on it, It's straight down to the right but straight down . Thats where mine is on my 2003 navigator the other part you might wish to check is the PARKING AID RADAR SENSOR thats behind the back bumper as the wires sometimes get dirty and it stops working
There is nothing about this in your Onwers Manual this is a dealer repare part not a fuse of light bulb why would it be in the Owners manual ,
The 2003 Navigator suspension module is located under the dash on drivers side above the parking brake pedal.
It is a black box located in the middle of the fron dash
passenger side look behind the glove box.
I was looking at the 2004 Lincoln Navigator Owner Guide and it shows : ( maxi fuse 118 / 30 amp / driver and passenger climate control seat module )
