The "Z" shaped rubber tube is located under the dash on the passenger (right) side. Remove the glove compartment and various plastic panels from the right side. Peel back the carpet and it'll be there behind the ashtray. You can see the end of it under the car on the right side, but don't stick anything stiff in there or you'll risk pushing the end of the tube up into the car. Be careful when removing the tube, I got a gusher of water when I pulled it off. Oops!
