Tail/parking lamps are powered from the same fuse as the dash lights. Fuse panel is either on the interior side of the firewall above the left footwell or on the left inner fender under the hood.
Probably a blown fuse. What you need to find out is why the fuse blew.

The headlights are a separate circuit from the others. Check the bulbs, headlight switch, Hi/Low beam switch and depending what year you have check the fuses.
