Find the Power Steering filler/check tank. There will be a hose that goes from this tank to the power steering pump. The pump will be one of the pulleys located along the drive belt. I can only give you generic info bc I have never worked on this vehicle before. I hope this helps you.

What fluid? Engine oil, transmission oil, power steering oil, coolant fluid, brake fluid.
Plain old power steering fluid.
The belt drives the power steering, water pump, and other things.

Begin by removing the power steering pump belt from your 1991 Cadillac power steering pump pulley. Remove the power steering pump pulley retaining bolt. The retaining bolt will be in the center of the pulley.

both power steering fluid and transmission fluid are hydraulic fluids, but it would be best to get some power steering fluid. its cheap and its the right stuff. 91 buicks take just plain Jane power steering fluid.
It means the oxygen sensor is not giving an input to the PCM. Either a bad O2 sensor or a wiring issue.
yes it is possible to do it i just got done with one i put the dohc is a 91 dodge stealth mounts are the same u have to change the the wiring harness both of them under the hood and the computers the ac lines power steering resivour and lines it is a little of a pain to do but it is possible u need any more answers about it email me at beaner_in_ky@yahoo.com
