The Power Steering pump is located on the driver side lower part of the engine. On a 2001 Ford F150, the turn signal flasher is located in a relay box on the passenger's side of the steering column. To access it, you must remove the panel under the steering column.

Front of the motor. Will have a belt driving it. You will be able to tell because the bottom will have two hoses running out of it to the steering box When you take off the cap, it will smell like something was on fire in there. Fords are known for burning up their power steering pumps. It will have a cap, and when you pull it off, there will be a short little dipstick. The fluid will be bright red, same as a the trans fluid.

the neutral safety switch is located in the steering column,not on the trans.it is part of the switch that the main plug on the column plugs into.
If the power steering box is leaking below the adjusting nut, it is like that the seal is faulty. Replace the seal on the power steering box.
