Front of the motor. Will have a belt driving it. You will be able to tell because the bottom will have two hoses running out of it to the steering box When you take off the cap, it will smell like something was on fire in there. Fords are known for burning up their Power Steering pumps. It will have a cap, and when you pull it off, there will be a short little dipstick. The fluid will be bright red, same as a the trans fluid.
