The headlight circuit breaker is intergrated with the headlight switch.
There are fuses under the hood and on the driver side end of the dash. Not sure what "the breaker" is.
The spring that assists the window to the up position is very strong and do not attempt to remove the old motor with the window in the down position. Your fingers wil thank you. -Inspect the power window switches for broken or loose wires. -Check the power window fuse or circuit breaker. -Remove door panels and check power window motor wires to see if they are loose or damaged. Inspect the glass mechanism for damage which can cause binding. -If it's only one window not working and all the above checks out ok then you may have to replace the window motor.
Bad ground.
Either the fuse box under the dash, or under the hood on the driver side is another main fuse box.
there will be a circuit breaker or fuseable link instead of a fuse.
Headlights are normally operated through a relay or circuit breaker.

Power windows are protected by a circuit breaker. So you would have to have a bad relay ,the master switch is defective or you have a broken wire where the door opens.
