The "Normal" view IS the 'print preview' view.
Print Preview
Most (if not all) word processors have a print preview option that allows you to see what a document will look like when you print it. Also, I believe the box that pops up when you click print has a print preview choice.

This is a statement, not a question. Ask again using words that indicate what you want to know.
AnswerTypically, there should be a file menu at the top left of your screen where you can access printing and even see a print preview! You could always print the file or if that doesn't work, highlight the list you intend to print and put it in a Microsoft word document or even notepad which can be found in programs, accessories from the start menu of windows.AnswerIn a real OS like Unix (eg, Linux) you can run the following command to print a listing of the current directory:ls | lp

To preview is to look at something, often before it is finished. You can use Print Preview in Word to look at what way the document would appear on a printed page. You can then adjust it and do things like change margins to adjust how the page will look. This is done before printing, saving you printing a few versions before getting one you are happy with. You can use Print Preview to do that for you, and when you are happy you can then print it.
The Zoom function generally refers to the size of the text on the screen. You can make the screen text larger or smaller in many different ways, but you can't zoom to make it 2 pages.Although I have MS Word 2003, the 2007 version may be the same for this function. You can view a document two pages at a time by clicking on the View command and then Reading Layout. The document will automatically format to a two-page view. You can also view a document two pages at a time by using the Print Preview function. Click on the magnifying glass to get to Print Preview or select Print Preview from the File command in the main toolbar. In the Print Preview toolbar there should be a box that has a percentage number. Click on the small black arrowhead that points downward to bring up the options menu. Click on Two Pages from the list of options and your document should go to a two-page view.
Once sent to the printer with a Print command Word no longer has control over the printing. You will have to look at the print queue and stop it and remove it from that. (I have a lot of very bad experience with this function in networks and at home...)
You can use Page Layout view or do a Print Preview.
