If you mean the reset button on top of the FUEL PUMP SHUT OFF SWITCH the switch is located in the drivers footwell , behind the kick panel , by your left foot ( there is an access hole ) on a 2000 Mercury Villager
Where is this button? Look at it carefully. Does it actually say EAT?
The button is right below the seat ontrols
It's at the top of the driver's side kick panel.

THE HAZZARD OR 4 WAY FLASHER BUTTON IS LOCATED AT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE INSTRUMENT GUAGE CLUSTER IN A PANEL OF VERTICLE SWITCHES THAT ALSO INCLUDES THE REAR WIPER,HEATER AND WASHER ALSO THE EAT BUTTON,WHICH RAISES THE TRANS SHIFT POINT.
There is no separate switch for it. Pushing the light switch will defeat the dome and courtesy lamps.
The fuel pump shut-off switch is located in the driver's foot well, behind the kick panel. The reset button is accessible through an opening in the kick panel just below the hood release.
The "Fuel Shut-Off Reset Switch" on a 1995 Mercury Villager should be in the same location as on the 1996 model. Look below the Hood Release Latch on the lower side kick panel. There is a red button that can be accessed through a small opening on the kick panel. Once the button is in the lower position, you will have to pry the kick panel off and use a small regular screwdriver to pop the button back up by putting the screwdriver into a small slot just below the button.
This switches between a "power" and "economy" mode, depending on whether you might be towing something, for example. It is normally on E.
