The fuel filter on the 1998 Tiburon is beside the power brake bootser on the drivers side of the firewall. It is enclosed in a plastic casing and is usually tough to remove - especially if it has never been changed before. In a 1998 Hyundai Tiburon, the flasher relay is typically located under the dashboard, near the steering column. You can find it by looking for a small, rectangular or cylindrical relay that is plugged into a socket. If you're having trouble locating it, consult the vehicle's manual for a detailed diagram or reference. Remember to ensure the ignition is off before attempting to access or replace it.
