Normally there under the radiator, most likely on the driver side in the corner of the radiator,it will look like a twist cap you should be able to undo it with your hands

There'll be a drain plug... should be on the lower right hand corner. Take the radiator cap off, loosen the drain plug, and it'll drain.

I have a 2005 Chevy Impala and had a hard time locating the radiator drain plug, as well. You access it from inside the engine compartment. It is on the lower left-hand (drivers side) inner corner of the radiator. There are 3 different small hoses running directly in front of the drain plug, which makes it difficult to see. Good luck!
The 1991 Pontiac Grand Am radiator drain plug can be found on the bottom of the radiator. The radiator drain plug will be in the center of the radiator bottom.
You have to remove the long plastic rock guard underneath the front end in order to see the radiator drain cock. It usually has a winged threaded plug that you can loosen for the collant to drain out. Get a flashlight underneath or feel for it. It is at the bottom corner of the radiator, driver side.
