under the plastic panel that covers your radiator is what is called a multi function controller it is about 5 x 5 inch box mounted on radiator support towards driver side it has a large milti wire harness bolted to it i think the size is 5.5mm. it a bunch of relays that drive emission controls cooling fans etc get it from Ford and give them the serial number off box
