It's located on the top side of the front bumper reinforcement on the left. It doesn't look like a typical automotive relay, as it's actually a module that controls speed also.
There are several relays on that vehicle. We need to know which one you are looking for.
It is located at the bottom of the radiator .
Is it a fuse or relay? I have gone to a Mitsubishi dealer for relays. Hope that you can still read the #'s on it.
The thermostat is located on the water pump. If you follow the lower radiator hose to the end not connected to the radiator you will find it.
Usually located at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
Located in a removable housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
Most of these type of relays are located against the firewall on the left side.
The 1991 Ford Tempo radiator plug is on the bottom of the radiator. The plug can be removed with a half inch ratchet.
The horn is located between the front grill and the radiator. Usually on the drivers side.
It is on the front of the engine,it has the fan for the radiator on it.
The thermostat housing is located below the alternator and directly across from the lower right side of the radiator(not the lower radiator hose side).
The horn is located behind the bumper, on the passenger side of the radiator support.
