it is at the bottom of the Radiator on either the left or the right side...it is a plastic or metal threaded tab
Not familiar with your particular vehicle but most cars and trucks have a petcock ("T" shaped fitting) on the bottom of the radiator usually on the drivers side. You will needs a pair of pliers and CAREFULLY turn the petcock counter clockwise to open.

The 2003 Nissan radiator petcock is located on the bottom of the radiator. The radiator petcock will be in the center of the radiator bottom.

if your looking down on the petcock from the top of the radiator turn the petcock to the right to loosen it and to the left to tighten.
