It's right behind your glove box. My kids replaced it. Remove the glove box. It's easy to unplug and plug in the new one. Approx $80- 100 from your Chrysler dealer. ( If it fails your blower works on its default with fan at full speed and not adjustable ) That is the front blower motor resistor which is located behind the glove box; the rear blower motor resistor (for cars equipped with the rear blower switch) the resistor is located below the final rear passenger window, to the right of the bench. In order to gain access to it you will need to remove the bench and a few trim pieces.
The blower motor resistor is over the passenger side strut tower, under the hood.

When the fan is on high it does not run through the blower motor resistor. The low speeds don't work because the blower motor resistor is bad.
The blower motor resistor location on a Chrysler 300M is on the passenger side of the vehicle. It is on the floorboard next to the inside firewall, just in front of where the passenger sits.
