The windshield wiper fuse is located in cabin fuse box in slot 16. To find the cabin fuse box remove plastic panel on the underside of the dashboard.

I believe it is a 30 amp mini-fuse in location # 16 for the windshield wiper motor / wiper Hi-Lo relay / wiper run park relay . The fuse panel is on the end of the dash - under a cover visible with the driver's door open
there is clip out panel on passenger side of the dash between the dash and door. the fuse should be behind that panel.
Fuse. Should be by the pedals in the fuse box. If you follow the numbers on the instructions on the box door, it should lead you too the correct fuse.
