Hi- Is it the fuel pump relay ? This relay shuts the fuel pump off in case of an accident or receiving a hard bump as if getting lightly rearended at a stop light. Please do not try to bypass it. It is there for emergency fuel shutoff. It sometimes can just be reset. It is under the rear trim panel below the hatch latch above spare tire. This is in a hatch back. Some other cars cars have it on the rear left tire hump inside trunk.
