If you mean Biblical Scripture, there are several scriptures that sound similar to what you're asking though no single verse contains the words 'seed' 'belly' and 'woman'. The language of your question suggests the King James Version of The Bible, so I'm looking there.
Leviticus 15 talks about the cleansing ritual necessary prevent the spread of leprosy, including verse 18 which reads "The woman also with whom man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the even." The male in this example is the leper.
Numbers 5 describes a ritual for determining if a woman has been unfaithful to her husband, including verse 28 which reads "And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed."
Numbers 25 verse 8 talks of thrusting "the woman through her belly." But it's not sexual language: she's being killed with a javelin for adultery (as is the man she's with). This may be the scripture alluded to when the adulteress is brought before Jesus to be stoned and he demands that "He who is without sin cast the first stone." The only scripture I know of that reference the act of spilling seed is where Onan a son of Judah was instructed to go unto his brother's wife and marry her.
