The speed sensor is located on the top of the rear axle housing on the 1992 and newer Ford trucks. It is a small bolt and a bracket that hold it in place. To replace it, it just takes removing the electrical conector with the two wires (I suggest doing this BEFORE removal of the bolt, thought it is not absolutely necessary), removal of the bolt and retaining bracket, and put the new one in the hole followed by the retaining bracket and bolt, and finish by connecting the electrical connector!
