The speed sensor is a small green plastic box located to the left side of the radio. If you remove the plastic panel under the steering wheel and look under the dash next to the radio you will find it.

not sure the exact location of the wire in the harness, but i can tell you that the speed sensor has 2 wire leads, that run directly to the PCM. they are in ports 20 and 21 on the PCM wire connector. Pin 20 is for speed sensor low signal and is Light green and black in color. Pin 21 is for speed sensor high signal and is purple and white in color
The speed sensor wire is connected to the speed sensor and goes to the speed sensor relay switch. The speed sensor relay switch is connected to the computer by a separate wire.
