It's attached to the wheel hub and plugs in on the chasis above the upper control arm. I think you have to replace the entire wheel hub to fix it.
It is the two wire sensor on the lower rear driver side of the transmission.
The speed sensor wire is connected to the speed sensor and goes to the speed sensor relay switch. The speed sensor relay switch is connected to the computer by a separate wire.

The output speed sensor on the transmission is also the vehicle speed sensor. The output sensor is the two wire sensor on the front of the trans all the way to the driver side.
