IT DOESENT HAVE A CABLE IT HAS A SPEED SENSOR LOCATED NEAR THE OS DRIVESHAFT GEARBOX END WITH WIRES GOING TO IT

Where is the oil drain plug for an 04 heratage softail?
From the right side of the bike, get down and look underneath the area where the gearbox is located, you will see a drain plug in the middle of the gearbox casing (obviously for the gearbox) and nearer to the outside of the bike there is a same size drain plug in a small down tube which is open at the bottom and is connected to the oil tank.
