It is located in the engine compartment on the passengers side firewall. the solenoid is located under the hood
On the Starter
It's located on the side of the starter.
starter is out, motor is locked up or your starter solenoid is out.
Remove - battery cable Remove + battery cable from battery and starter solenoid Route new cable following original routing Connect to starter solenoid Connect to + battery terminal Connect - battery cable

Fusable link? Check at starter solenoid
check the ECT sensor with a scan tool
Usually against the inner fender wall maybe behind the battery
Find the positive battery terminal. Follow the thick cable from that terminal and it will lead to the starter solenoid.
The starter doesn't have a standard fuse like a panel fuse, more commonly it has the "fusible link" a medium gauge wire going up to the starters solenoid, you can identify these by mid thickness colored wires with a black "bulge" on them. But more than likely it's probably just your starter solenoid goin out. Nope, no fuse. Direct wire from battery to starter.
check your starter or starter relay.
