your bank 2 sensor is the o2 sensor on your passenger side exhaust manifold
I need the pinout for a 1968 Pontiac Firebird hood tachometer. Specifically, the tach side connector. I have three wires coming from the engine side and seven off the tach. One broke off and can't immediately see where it was. Help?
where is the tach wire en Toyota tacoma 1999 4 cilinders
It turned out to be the crank sensor.
The engine computer uses the crank position sensor for the tach reading. It is located in the top pass side of the bell housing.
The tach signal comes out of the pcm. The pcm watches the crankshaft position sensor to calculate engine speed. The crankshaft position sensor is behind the starter.
bank 2 is the opposite side of cylinder #1. check the plugwires to see what side #1 cylinder is on and its the other side oxygen sensor
there is no map sensor on it
