It is in the under hood fuse box, which is toward the front of the engine compartment on the driver side. The taillight is the "Park" fuse as labeled on the underside of the cover of the fuse box.
You must be talking about a vehicle from space, since there is no such thing as a Nissan Saturn. It's impossible to answer your question as asked.
The fuse box for the trailer lights are under the hood (drivers side). Have to look in your owners manual to find the correct fuse.
