The temperature sensor can be found just above the thermostat housing, on the front of the engine. The temperature sensor should be labeled as such.
the temp sensor is on the thermostadt but it doesnt control the rad fan. you're thinking about the rad fan switch which is in one of the fenders by the firewall or right on the rad support.
degrees
bad coolant sensor
I do not know this answer sorry
These fans work off of heat sensors. Your sensor can be failing, replace this sensor. This still does not tell where the sensor is located.
There is one on that Rad think the second is beside the termostat housing
Two wire sensor very near upper rad hose and thermostat housing.
on the surface it is 5,778K or 6051 degrees C
30,000 °c (54,000 °f)
The sensor is located under the upper rad hose Directly below the hose is a sensor with 1 wire to it That is for the gauge Just behind and down from that is a sensor with 2 wires This is the fan sensor
The themostat is located in the top rad hose on the engine side, but I don't know about the sensor. In my 91 the coolant temp sensor is in the thermostat housing and the engine temp sensor is on the block.
comp dont run it, it is a sensor in rad or by thermostat
