This thermostat is located on top where upper radiator hose meets engine for the 1.8 litre engine.Be sure you purchase a quality thermostat with the checkball. This engine is not as picky as later Subaru engines regarding the thermostat but it is still advised to use a subaru thermostat if possible.Remove all air by bleeding, filling very slowly is best way to avoid the trapped air pocket

The thermostat is located under the throttle assembly. It is at the top end of the LOWER radiator hose. Gotta leave it to the Japanese, who would have thought to put a thermostat there?

loyale is front wheel drive, then when you engage 4wd the power is equally distributed to all wheels. four wheel drive is ALL wheel drive, just listen to the name and count the number of wheels on your car i bet they match perfectly unless it is somehow a dually (2 wheels on each side of the rear of the truck [does not apply to cars]) which i doubt on a subaru

Subaru Loyale fuel pumpYou are lucky. This pump is actually not located in the tank as with most fuel injected cars.Crawl under the car it isn't to far away from the tank you will see it.Before removing the pump get a helper wiggle the connections a little and have helper turn key on the pump will operate for 2 seconds to prime system before starting engine.Often the pump is fine but there is electrical corrosion just remember to turn key off then back on in between wiggling connections to get your 2 seconds of pump time

Follow the top rad. hose to the engine.

It is located in the thermostat housing on top of the motor.
